Rumor has it, we'll get a walkthrough of 2.4 tomorrow, and judging by your tweet:
"# Andrew: Sony embargo #1 ends this Friday at noon. Sony embargo #2 ends on Monday morning at 8AM. Stay tuned. 4 days ago"
I'd venture a guess, we'll see it pretty early tomorrow morning. :)

Confirmed for just shy of Midnight Pacific time on the PS Blog.
Well, let me say "a surprise video" confirmed. He didn't specifically say firmware and trophies video.
However, he did say that there will be 2 walkthru vids, about 5 mins each in length, one for In-Game XMB features, one for Trophies.

yea i was figuring the same thing. i noticed the Twitter board the other day and since the first one past without anything stellar (to me personally anyway), i figured the second one had to be it. i dont wanna watch videos of it though, i want to use it. although it is good to get some kind of quasi-confirmation from at least one site.

You can plug a PS3, or any console with the right outputs into a dell monitor. Try again, Sherlock.

Yeah. PS3 will not do HDMI out without HDCP. Poop.
However, if your Dell has component in like mine does, you can hook it up that way instead.
