We've reported before on real-world Halo creations, but this one certainly takes the cake. Being about as accurate as a fake energy sword can possibly be, this replica recreation actually has real blades, though the extent of their sharpness isn't exactly detailed on the website. The tempered steel sword looks to be perfect for all the live action role-players out there looking to step up their fantasies a notch and get rid of their homemade cardboard plasma swords. Strangest of all, the thing's base price is less than that of a full priced 360 game ...

Why buy it? I'll just wait for a noob to get it, then I'll just betray him (there are no girls in the interbutts) and there free sword. Is not that I can't buy it, is just matter of principles.

Well, I guess it could be a neat thing to hand. Can't really be used as a weapon, right? The thing has to be heavy and when you're holding that I'd imagine all the weight would be shifted weirdly.
If it were really light, I'd guess you could hold it right and swing it.

Is all good fun until someone loses an eye.
It looks fragile; I would have it as exhibition but as a real weapon? To be honest some weapon replicas look more resistant.
