A little research will show you that Zuma (2003) is indeed a blatant infringement on the original IP of Magnetica; once known as Puzz Loop (1998). Both Puzz Loop and Magnetica are from the design's original creators, Mitchell Corporation.

Zuma is a Pop Cap production.

"One of the more promising upcoming titles is Magnetica, an action-styled puzzler that should remind online gamers of PopCap’s smash hit, Zuma. But not so fast! Magnetica is actually based on a game called Puzz Loop, released in 1998, some time before Zuma. So what do you think about that."

And this is a port of Magnetica for the DS, which is fine by me, since it is cheaper.

Am I mistaken, or wasn't Mii in game technology introduced with the system in Wii Sports? Or are you guys shut-ins?

Yes, but until now it was not know that Miis could be integrated into WiiWare titles.

Previous WiiWare games have already used Miis (My Pokemon Ranch for one)
