The comic-geeks over at Big Download followed the clues left in DC comic books this week and have found a MySpace page for DC Universe Online. The site contains the painfully small first screenshots seen in the gallery below.
The MySpace page also showcases several concept drawings for the game and wallpaper downloads. Also, those who make the game's MySpace page their top friend, may get invited to Sony Online Entertainment's big reveal party later this month at Comic-Con in San Diego.

A girl I tried to date a couple years back asked me if I was a pedophile. I replied, "Pedophile? That's a pretty big word for an eight year old."

I'm not a really big marvel fan so I can't tell you anything. All I can tell you is that joker doesn't look badass.

Note the use of the word currently. This indicate that, in the screwed up world of comic books, the character can die off, again, at a moment's notice and proceed to resurrect at a convenient time (usually when the writers run out of ideas for new characters) or when enough fans complain about missing the particular character.

In Guildwars some players liked to dance like retards for hours and hours, hell if I know why but some guys do that.
I can already see dozens of Batmen dancing with the chacarron theme.
If you want this game try to get it as soon as possible because “AdamWestBatman” Nickname is going fast.

It's going to be like City of Heroes, only you can interact with Batman and Robin and Superman etc. but you wont be able to be them

Wow...please tell me those are extremely early concept shots.... whoever did joker really tried too hard to catpure the crazy sadistic look... and the other shots and look of batman and the others seem very eeh....
If I was DC I would've kept those shots in-house and never let the public see them until they got a much better overhaul on the art department.

On comic book the art style and form of his face would look fine because thats how they want joker portrayed. But in these shots it just doesn't look right in my opinion... which is the point of commenting to begin with... so yea think about that for a while...

Wow. The Joker looks goofy. By that, I mean he looks like a clown robot at some type of street carnival. I am looking forward to Champions much more then this.

Why cant they make a cool DC game in the same style as all the marvel action RPG's that would be really awesome. It doesnt sound all that fun to be some nobody hero that gets to talk to the NPC of their favorite character.
The DC games that come out are always geared towards kids. At least the marvel action RPG's are respectable games.
Yes I know marvel puts out shitty movie related games too.

How weird would it have been to have 2 games with "Comic book company name Online". At least there was a time gap between MvC and MKvsDC. Hope Top Cow Online gets here soon...
And as for the images: Joker doesn't look that creepy until you try to picture him moving his mouth.
