Seriously, we have the internet--there's no excuse for spreading urban legends, especially ones this well documented.
The word fuck is at least 500 years old, and presumed to be of Anglo-Saxon origin (although Germanic origins have been hypothesized as well). Hell, read up on it here if you want, make up your own minds.
