Wrath of the Lich King beta registration now open in US
Blizzard has opened US registration for the Wrath of the Lich King beta. American World of Warcraft players should probably head over to this page now and register for a chance to opt in. Two helpful reminders:
[Via WoW Insider]
- Registering for the beta does not guarantee you a chance to play. It just adds your name to a pool of potential players that Blizzard will choose from.
- Beware of e-mail scams. This is the official URL: https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/beta-opt-in.html

Done. I'm not even an active subscriber at the moment, but hell, it can't hurt.

"Q: Who is eligible for the Wrath of the Lich King Beta opt-in?
A: Any player who has both an active World of Warcraft subscription and World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade is eligible to opt in to the beta at (https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/beta-opt-in.html). The account must be active when the beta starts in order to be eligible to receive an invitation."
Yeah, sorry. Might wanna activate it soonish if you want the chance to go in.

I'm lookin' for a job at the moment, and that appears to say that it must be active when the beta starts, so perhaps I'll have it re-upped by then. Again I say it can't hurt to have tried.
Thanks for the heads up.
