Ughh I know it! If I am right, would you mind sending it to me anyway, as a "gift", not as a contest that I won? Many people assume it's illegal to make a contest for Quebec when you're outside, but it's false. It's only large corporate contests that have to be under control of Loto Quebec, that's all.
