What an amazingly ignorant post. You're saying people should be forgiven for their crimes if they become successful and famous? This guy should have never been heard of in the first place. We can thank Interscope Records and UMG for helping sell the idea that thuggery is respectable to kids.

All of you kids hating on this game just because its 50 Cent and it would make you look bad to your Hollister wearing friends are lame. You are the first ones I see in the club trying to dance to the same rap music you supposedly despise just to try and get with a female..lol. I even see all of your parents trying to dance to his music at "white" weddings lmao!! Trying so hard to act "cool". All you antisocial lamers know thats the truth and it hurts. Goto ANY club in Chicago, New York, LA and you will see that scene play out ALL NIGHT LONG!! Every time I see it happen it makes me sick because I know most of those fools are the same ones on this board hating on rap music and artists but that doesn't stop them from trying to dance to it and try to at least appear "cool" to the bitches at the club..lol. BTW..I'm also pretty much talking about white women because they seem to like this "rap trash and 50's monotone rapping over simple beats" quite a bit judging by the reactions they have when 50's music plays in the club.

Hate on the message in his music all you want but you can't argue that games don't lead to violence while at the same time argue that his music influences kids to be violent. You can't have it both ways. If you don't want "kids" to listen to his terrible message in the music he makes then suggest the same solution I see all over these boards when it comes to Jack Thompson attacking gaming......DON'T LET YOUR KIDS LISTEN TO IT!!!

Games are fantasy escapism where more often than not, characters are heroic or anti-heroes at worst. I don't see kids that dress up like space marines and pretend they live on a space station (well, I guess there are some).
Rap exists and is as popular as it is today because it sells a whole image and lifestyle to impressionable people.
