E308: Rock Band 2
14
Rock Band will debut exclusively on 360 with 84 songs on the disc which are all original master recordings, including Bob Dylan, AC/DC, Megadeath, Modest Mouse, and way more than we could list here (we'll update when we can). Plus all the DLC from the first game will be compatible, and most of the tracks from Rock Band 1can be ripped from the disc, meaning no disc swapping. All in all, that means that when Rock Band 2 launches it will have over 500 available tracks.

Wonder why some tracks will be rippable and some won't. Licensing agreements I guess.

My guess is all the 13? 14? bonus tracks are going over, and any tracks that Activision hasn't since signed to an "exclusive" contract is going over. Plus, of course any covers will go over.

I'm so glad you can get RB1 Disc tracks on RB2. I would have bought RB2 regardless but now I'm giddy about it.

I need some "Heart" DLC if it's not going to be included on the disc. Maybe they are exclusive to Guitar Hero?

Yes! Finally some AC/DC has made its way to the fake-band world! Whoo!
Anyways, the set list looks awesome, if that is in fact correct.
(guys, post it on here so I know for sure.)
