I dont think this is that big because FF fans are still going to buy PS3's because Final Fantasy versus XIII is still PS3 exclusive. (unless 360 gets that too...)

We are getting the game too, but you are still getting it.

Stop crying. MS didn't "bribe" anyone. Sony have stumbled and have like half the install base of the 360, so there's why it's gone multiplatform. I have been playing Final Fantasy for ages and just because I chose the superior 360 over the PS3 doesn't mean I deserve to play it any less than you. moron.

Your facts are flawed... If anything you can describe the superior game system by the amount of systems sold, which by logic then the Wii is the superior system with the 360 taking a second and coming up third is PS3. Although with the numbers rising for PS3 the margin between 360 and PS3 are closing.

I have a 360 in my room and this thing generates sooooo much heat it's sickening(Elite). My brother has a PS3 and this thing is quiet until it needs it's fans. He has had to send it back once because the fans stopped working but it was quicker resend then my 360 when it RROD'd. Also for no reason my 360 will red ring then after I turn it off will start again. I kinda wish I had got a PS3 but I don't have that kind of money now (going to college).

The last thing I am going to say, even though I am a 360 owner is this, 360 fanboys (not regular owners) need to quiet down about how much the system is better PS3.... seriously you're being hypotcrites. When X-Box came out it was all like "We're sooo much better than PS2, we're going to kill it in the market because we have a HD and all that bull" and in the end PS2 still had market superiority, because it came out sooner than X-Box. Now the tables are reversed and it almost seems to me that whoever launches first despite being ready (360 was not ready to be shipped RROD). Will have more market shares and more games cause developers have a year to get used to it. The price doesn't hurt either as Wii has demonstrated, and fun factor is key.

So stop buying into that corporate bull$hit which forces you into fanyboyism and makes you stick to one system (which is what they want you to do) and enjoy what everything has to offer.

Though I dislike companies outright lying to their consumers, though it happens all the time. I understand what PS3 (i.e. my brother) are feeling about Sqeenix's annoucement. I'd like to think that the companies I've invested in would do that to me.

Sounds like another game I can just burn with my Kreon Drive. Saves me from wasting 60 bucks like I originally planned for PS3. Overall,I can say that 360 only forces you to pay for XBL because you can easily burn their Blu-Ray..oh wait nvm they don't have that :(,well nvm but hey you can still continue to hope Konami will give you guys the contract for Metal Gear Solid 4. Possibly when M$ can develop SIXAXIS and can use decent solder when putting a system together.

Gf Fanboys but this PS3's year. Enjoy your Queers of War because we've already won this console war. :( Soz bout the lack of SIXAXIS and that you can't have our exclusive.

All this crap about Square lacking" integrity". What incentive do they have to keep it exclusive? How are they lacking in integrity by acting in the best interest of the company and it's stakeholders? They're certainly not doing anything wrong by trying to get as much money as they can from their hardwork.

Perhaps the PS3 fanboys should read between the lines and see it on a different angle. Think of it this way, Vs 13 will probably be an exclusive right? So, if people with an Xbox play FF13 then by the time it releases they should have the incentive to buy a PS3 and get Vs, ever think of that? Ever think that Square in fact is trying to get a bigger fan base for their game?

Personally, I think it may be related to the inevitable demise of the Playstation 3, it's not the machine's fault. It's Sony's fault. They shouldn't have stated all that crap when they began, and the crap thew spewed at this E3.

Its about freaking time!!!

And no PS3 fanboys, I don't want to hear about your crying or saying the 360 doesn't have any games or exclusives.

You guys are to put it bluntly, BLIND and if FF13 Versus goes to 360 also then I don't want to hear your crying either!

Plain and simple, 360 has a TON of great exclusive games from Lost Odyssey especially to Eternal Sonata, Halo 3, Ninja Gaiden 2, Gears of War 2, Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts, Fable 2, and now of course Infinite Undiscovery, Star Ocean 4, as well as Project: Origins & Naruto 2: Broken Bond.

Its also got the upcoming Killer Instinct 3, Forza Motorsport 3 and games we really care about like Mass Effect 2.

So no, Xbox has a TON of great exclusives. There's alot to choose, alot to play from and we don't mind the multiplatform games especially. All very good choices.

Too bad Bioware will make the Dragon Age series multiplatform but so what, by that time us XB360 owners will be enjoying All Points Bulletin for gods sake. What will the PS3 owners be enjoying? I mean really enjoying? Go back to your God of War games as that seems to be the only *franchise* you're currently good at.

I never did like sony first party games, sadly because they had quality problems. I've always liked microsoft first party games. I'm happy they got real great first party and third party games now, even if the PS3 has less, because it makes gaming better. Now I hope Sony wakes up next generation due to this news....
