Geometry Wars 2 coming next month

I was gonna buy the 1st one this week. Now I know to wait. Hopes its just as good.

I wonder if they'll get greedy and charge 800 points for this.

I hope they have some kind of continue thing implemented like the original arcade Tempest where you can restart at a higher wave. The main reason I put GW down originally was because it took so long for the difficulty to ramp up and then you got slaughtered. Yes I have played Galaxies and I like it (although it induces option paralysis), but since I rarely touch my Wii (unlike my wee-wee), I rarely touch Galaxies.

Anyone know if the sequel will have multi/co-op?
