I'm not feelin the avatars aka Mii's or whatever they wanna call them. I kinda like Sonys Home take on them since they look less wack/cartooney. Oh and I like gamerpics, so are we still gonna see them on out gamercards?

I second this notion. It seems as if 50% or more of the screen is wasted while you are in the main menu's. It's horribly inefficient compared to the current dashboard. Is this just placeholder stuff right now? Some of the XBL Arcade stuff looked excellent compared to many of the main-dashboard things.

What will be the pricing and sales method of accessories, such as cloth, hats, glasses, etc, and will we see "fantasy" type things. Such as guns, Master Chief helmets, Marcus Do Rags, and chainsaw assault rifles.
What's the likelihood of us being able to make custom content, such as uploading a .jpeg for a t-shirt or having a built in paint program to make our own, pixel by pixel. I seriously doubt this will happen, both since it undermines the possibility of charging 400 MS points for colored shirts and there's the danger of a room full of dong shirts, but it's worth a shot.

Ask if the Netflix stream is ever going to be in HD and when? I don't watch anything in standard vision anymore so won't be getting a Netflix account until every HD available movie is in HD on the Netflix stream.

Have you considered approching the XBMC people for an interface design? Their new AEON design is rather impressive, if not better looking than the new Casual approch you seem to be taking with your redesign.

What will be the difference between the US and EU dashboards this time around? I't pretty much a given that Netflix is US only, but what about the rest? Will Primetime be a global offer or will other countries get "Primetime light" like with the Marketplace? Any other regional "Xbox Experience" differences?
