Some spook-tacular screenshots for Ghostbusters were released earlier today, and so far it's looking really good. Check out the ghostly images in the gallery below for both the Wii and Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 versions.

I really wish you guys would stop whining about the Wii version. It looks as if it will be a good-looking Wii game. I feel it hearkens back to what Real Ghostbusters should have looked like (loved the series, but why did they have to change the character design. Egon has BROWN hair!!!). I plan on getting it for the multiplayer modes as well as the Wii exclusive controls (they better use the Wii-mote as a particle thrower and (maybe) the nunchuck as the trap). I am just happy GB is getting a revival, as many GB fans are.

I was skeptical when I first read about this game, but it's looking better and better. Plus the original cost (more or less, I think) is involved.
I really hope this does well so developers consider some other classic, ripe for picking IP's out there... a Blade Runner game has always been something with a lot of promise that never seems to hit the mark. Maybe it could finally be done well.

Yah know the only "next gen" console I own is a Wii. But I have to say....wow that looks like sheet.
Probably have to pick up a 360 this fall for this.
Gah I love Ghostbusters.
