Please be I Am Legend: The Game. Hopefully without Will Smith or any other person associated with the new movie.
Vegeta (aka Ska Oreo) @ Jul 15th 2008 7:09PM
dude what? Will Smith is awesome. You show some respect to the man who manages to save earth every July 4th.
WELCOME TA EARF!!!!
arrrgh @ Jul 15th 2008 7:16PM

todd @ Jul 15th 2008 7:23PM

juju187 @ Jul 15th 2008 7:30PM

mr mobius @ Jul 15th 2008 7:06PM
Is that image meant to remind me of Cloverfield in a daylight setting?
F1 & The Way PC used to be. @ Jul 15th 2008 7:28PM
You know with this image and the Resistance 2 monster I'm beginning to think there's a connection.
Hidden marketing for Cloverfield 2 anyone?
Red Leader @ Jul 15th 2008 7:08PM
I think remember reading something about this in an EGM a few weeks ago. It sounds really cool.
NukeAssault @ Jul 15th 2008 7:08PM
Saw the trailer for this a little while ago. Looked kinda cool.

ReverseFall @ Jul 15th 2008 7:10PM
So it comes out in November '09.
Cool!
BananaBoat @ Jul 15th 2008 7:11PM
BUY JADE'S GAME!!!
You heard it here first folks (yes I went there).
It's hard to get excited about yet another post-apocalyptic game, that isn't coming out for a year. Still though, Ubisoft doesn't make too many flops, so it's definitely cautious optimism as far as this one goes.
BananaBoat @ Jul 15th 2008 7:13PM
I'm definitely cautiously optimistic rather*
Still hammered from the Sony press conference drinking game.
boxmyth @ Jul 15th 2008 7:15PM
This doesn't look post-apocalyptic in the same way Gears does. Based on that one (awesome) image, it looks more like modern day-gone-wrong.
Either way, I'm intrigued.
BigD145 @ Jul 15th 2008 7:17PM
So, what? Did the US store a few too many old nuclear weapons in a place they shouldn't have? It's not as if there's much tectonic activity in the center of the North American continent.

todd @ Jul 15th 2008 7:22PM
Cool, I guess... so far off wait till winter 09 to tell us more ha
Nick the Hero of Canton @ Jul 15th 2008 7:29PM
The trailer made me thirsty.
Robot Kitten Face @ Jul 15th 2008 8:25PM
Just don't ask Adam for any water. That guy's a prick!
BigD145 @ Jul 15th 2008 8:40PM
That's what Eve said.
Autopsy15 @ Jul 16th 2008 12:39AM
I like how quickly his former friends and co-workers (I assume) were willing to kill him over a bottle of water. And then how quickly he was willing to throw away said water to dispatch them. Why didn't he just give it to them instead of killing them? They could have shared it and then Adam wouldn't be minus a water bottle and a few friends.
Ah, who am I kidding! That was badass! Did you see the way that glass broke?! And their faces! Aw man that was cool!
Parsnipzilla @ Jul 15th 2008 7:31PM
Let me guess, he's gonna climb the standing tower to reach his girlfriend in the fallen over one.....
Cloverfield ALL over again....
And the name sounds like a Will Smith Portal Game.
This was a TRYUMF!
J @ Jul 15th 2008 7:37PM
that's actually how u pronounce triumph...
tom @ Jul 15th 2008 7:40PM
is there a reason that all the new games that come out that are based in chicago are about a city that is left in ruins or is disintigrating or whatever. First Resistance 2 now this.
Why aren't the new york based games about a city in ruins or whatever!!
I like chicago.
dustandechoes91 @ Jul 15th 2008 7:48PM
A game in chicago?
Maybe if they do it well i wont have to learn my way around.
Autopsy15 @ Jul 16th 2008 12:42AM
Well, if you were to take reference from the game. You'd probably be wondering why their aren't huge cracks in the ground and collapsed skyscrapers and homicidal people that only want some water.
Obie @ Jul 15th 2008 8:00PM
What the hell does it matter if Jade Raymond is working on the game? Let the finished game speak for itself!
I hate how Ubi loves to exploit women.
TrojanGuy @ Jul 15th 2008 8:21PM
Cool trailer.
Fred @ Jul 15th 2008 8:25PM
I will buy this game for the simple fact that I live in Chicago. I know that's kinda weak, but I have been dying for a game to be set in Chicago.
KrisnWo420 @ Jul 15th 2008 10:21PM
Same here. lol
Chicago Mafia @ Jul 15th 2008 11:08PM
That damaged building is leaning on NBC Tower! Glad to see they are using some real buildings in Chicago instead of making up their own version of Chicago.
Nathan @ Jul 15th 2008 9:06PM
Can anyone say 'Disaster Report' or 'Raw Danger'? Granted, those were way lower budget, and a smaller price tag, but in my opinion, they were descent games. I am excited for I Am Alive, just hope it doesn't resemble the previous mentioned games too much.
VIPPER @ Jul 16th 2008 1:15AM
Exactly what I thought. Hey, an American made Disaster Report with a budget! This should be interesting if not good!
bm @ Jul 16th 2008 4:47AM
They were awesome. Disaster report 2, woo!
bm @ Jul 16th 2008 4:48AM
Uhh, I meant 3.
Thranx @ Jul 15th 2008 9:08PM
0:57 - EL-Train bridge has domain name on it. ruaumoko.com : nothing at the site currently but it was registered by ubisoft 6/20/08. Keep an eye on it.

Zach S @ Jul 15th 2008 9:43PM
Can anyone say Lost meets Cloverfield?! This has the potential to be something really cool!!
madebytam @ Jul 15th 2008 10:20PM
seriously though what's up with the guy. I mean if a disaster happened, people would help each other not throw someone water just to kill them as in 9/11. It doesn't make sense. What happened to survival by numbers?
Batzarro @ Jul 15th 2008 11:04PM
Agreed. If anything, you loot stores and crap. Or are there not stores in Chicago. Still, sounds like a fresh game.
ugg.tryptophan @ Jul 15th 2008 11:16PM
main character fell into the uncanny valley a bit; his face looks like it was sculpted out of marble
ChronoZaga @ Jul 15th 2008 11:19PM
Zombies? Please say there's zombies!
Autopsy15 @ Jul 16th 2008 12:45AM
Hey whatever happened to that game that Monolith was working on for the Wii. It was about disasters and stuff. Haven't heard anything about it since E3 2005 or so.
mike @ Jul 16th 2008 12:51AM
I want it Chicago, my city and a survival game. Must have it. There better be a Portillos with chocolate cake in the game!
galvo @ Jul 16th 2008 11:03AM
Glados?
JohnHeist @ Jul 16th 2008 2:56PM
This is obviously Assassin's Creed 2
sreykja @ Jul 16th 2008 3:03PM
Did the coffee scene remind anyone else of children of men? Right at the start where he puts the coffee down, then a bomb goes off in the shop he just exited..
