I think MS is about to vastly increase the number of movies offered.
Think about it - that's why they announced the ability to buy XBL content on the XBL website and have automatically synched up to the XBox. On the XBox you're always going to be limited by not having a keyboard and mouse to quickly navigate through a huge movie catalog. Letting you buy movies on your computer solves this problem.

Netflix's Watch Instantly has the first two seasons of Heroes available on it, so it's a win-win.

Aren't all these shows on NBC.com??? for free, it's like the people that were getting all excited about lost when abc has it on their website. Why pay for something that is already free? I guess they feel that all of the 360 owners are morons.
