Good for Nintendo, I guess they have to be proud of something. Least they are making money off the hardware. However, I wouldn't be proud of having the lowest attach rate from all three consoles.

im not sure where people get the idea that the Wii has the lowest attach rates... they never released any worldwide total software numbers, so how do you know its the lowest?
the last time attach rates were figured out was back in october of 2007, thats before SMG, SSBB, mario kart and other 'big' games were released. about 6 months after that Nintendo said that they sold more software in 18 months in the u.s. EVER...
plus they are KILLING in japan.
that myth about the Wii having the lowest attach rates needs to die already... at worst its the same as the ps3. and of course the 360 will have the highest... its been out 1 year longer.

I happy Nintendo's found success again. Even though they still made a profit with the N64 and GC, they weren't market leaders and many perceived them as "failures" for not being in so-called "first place."

I got to give it to Microsoft. They were leading the entire time, and still managed to give gamers what they want. Nintendo, is just not supplying enough 'great' games, which makes the Wii a tad less entertaining after first playing.

Wii is not a true next-gen console... it's a game cube with better networking and a gyroscope controller; compare the Wii to something equivilent in raw computing power: the PS2, which has over 40 million units sold (double the Wii).

Price has nothing to do with it, I wish people would quit using this moronic excuse...The cube was 100 dollars less than PS2 and XBox at one point, and it never came close to being market leader..
