The formal trailer shows off some very smooth platforming (something to be expected from the developer of Sly Cooper) as hero/anti-hero Cole scampers up walls and along rooftops. What's equally impressive is the apparently wide variety of ways he can use his electric powers to generally make a mess of the game world.
As pointed out during Sony's E3 press conference, inFAMOUS is a 2009 title, so there's every possibility it will turn out even more drool-worthy than it looks now. Erm ... electricity and drool? Probably not the safest combination.

But yeah, MGO is pretty meh. Good for a few games, but it isn't something I'll keep on coming back too (unlike Warhawk).

1. Stop with the Choose your Destiny - Be Good or Bad crap. Every game is doing it. STOP!
2. Stop with the "It's an open world...and by that I mean you can kill people in 3 or 4 different ways." That's not the definition of sand-box. That's not clever, original, or interesting.
I swear I've played this game before, and it's not even out yet.
The games tone and execution...so tiring. The only thing it's missing is the post-apocalyptic setting. And it seems like it's a game's setting is at the brink of that, so I'll give them half credit on that end.

After the FFXIII announcement this is the sole reason I'm keeping my PS3. Very excited about this game.
I hope they have a day/night cycle though. Every trailer and every second of the 13 minute gameplay video I saw has been at night so far.
