OMG, To be honest I don't check out NintendoWiiFanboy much because I never see any exciting news for the Wii unfortunately (I love my Wii by the way). Though while browsing to the bottom of Xbox 360 Fanboy I saw the caption for this article.

I think this game on the virtual console is an amazing idea (Though I'll accept it coming to XBLA or my iPhone)! This was one of my favorite games when I was growing up, I never owned it, but I rented Aerobiz for the SNES for months from blockbuster, then when I found Aerobiz Supersonic, I proceeded to borrow a copy for an extremely long time. I still have fond memories of this game, and during the time I was playing it I was watching reruns of the show Wings on the USA channel, so I was kind of really immeresed in the whole concept.

Hopefully someone at Nintendo sees this and adds it to their lineup, and I still hold out hope for a new game like this someday, because I've never played anything quite as good in this genre.

FINALLY!!! Someone agrees with me. I used to ask KOEI every year at E3 if they were going to make a sequel to Aerobiz for PS2 back in the day. Both Aerobiz games on SNES and Genesis were amazing.

I never played the Genesis version, but I did love Aerobiz on the SNES.

Yeah I played it on the SNES, too! It was just easier to find a good picture of the Genesis cover :P

Hells yeah! This and the original Aerobiz are a couple of extremely fun games, and they've gotten laughably little notice from a callous and uncaring gaming public. Of course, part of that had to do with the times: In the middle of the SNES era, games had a tough time surviving if they weren't named Street Fighter II. Heck, maybe I'll go dust off the ZSNES emulat.....oops. Like I was saying, maybe I'll go back to WISHING that Koei (and Nintendo) would bring the game to VC so I can answer my conscience's cries to pay money for playing such an entertaining game.

(Although I think a few of those screens are from the original Aerobiz. And less face it, both games could do with a little interface facelift... an INTERFACELIFT, if you will)
