It'd be more satisfying to let Sony and Nintendo fans beat the hell outta him too

Not that he ever inspired any particular animosity. Not like J Allard or Shane Kim

Just remember, whenever someone beats Moore in Facebreaker, the real Peter Moore sheds a tear unconditionally.

Griffin - Peter left Microsoft a ways back. He works for EA now. He's their figurehead, and I'd assume he'll make all versions of the game.

He WAS the charismatic figurehead for Microsoft. He's with EA Sports now... hence the connection to Facebreaker.

Now watch, he's going to be harder to beat than Mike Tyson on the NES. You will have the opportunity to break his face, but will you have the ABILITY?

Is the joystiq article poster unaware that Peter Moore left MS to head up EA Sports months ago? It kind of reads that way.

Peter Moore hasn't been employed by Microsoft for quite a while now. Do you not pay attention to the very things you guys report?

Yeah, I kind of didn't know he was a part of EA now.

I read the article under the impression that it was either a joke, or that EA just hadn't been sued yet.

I'd prefer to play as Peter and beat the piss out of Jack Tretton, Reggie the Orc-Faced Man, and Don Mattrick.

At last a dream come true for all Sony fanboys. Who knows, maybe the PS3 version might sell more because of this.

They should've used Uwe Boll's head as the final boss.

I'd also recommend Lowtax vs. The Ultimate Warrior (look under the Legal Threats section of SomethingAwful.com for the battle of wills between Ultimate Creations, Inc. and Lowtax).

Steve Ballmer would've been more fun, but what would be even more fun would be if they dropped this game and focused on FNR4 -.-

Actually, I have no animosity towards the guy... Nor any desire to buy EA's game.

How long until someone comments about getting an achievement for punching Peter Moore's "Red Lights" out after customizing their fighter with "3 Red Rings" jewelery DLC.

This Ego stroke is a good follow up to having his Aston Martin's exhaust sound recorded for Forza 2.

i recall the developers saying on g4 that you could use any digital picture imported to map to a fighter. so it may be possible to have some sort of fantasy bout.

Maybe he's included that to placate people's hatred of EA. Knowing what plans EA has for the future, it might also be a preemptive way of making people less irritated with buying Take Two or something lol
