Don't know what everyone's complaining about, the graphics look alright for a, dare I say it, Wii title so I'm not totally disappointed. I'll wait till I see some gameplay vids before I start nerdraging like the rest of you.

"Don't know what everyone's complaining about, the graphics look alright for a, dare I say it, Wii title"

Thats the problem, compared to the 360 version its just so chopped up that its easy to feel that they just wanted to port it over for a quick buck.

I would've been happier if they port it to the PS3, added some new things as they say they would do, and beef up visuals or features. Hell even they did it on the 360 again I wouldn't mind as much, but the way it looks so far is just very eeh...

Maybe we're all wrong, but I say dont expect too much from this port.

I'll wait before passing judgement on the zombie amounts, even though the early screens as disheartening.
But if the Gamecube could pull that 100 Marios demo off8 years ago, I'd like to imagine they can get at LEAST 35 zombies on screen at once.

The game didn't look all that amazing on the 360 in the first place and I really can't see the difference now but the drop in zombies is a big deal. In a bad way.

Might consider that those are the only zombies that the camera are showing, what about the ones are out of the range of the camera, had anyone gave a though of it.

Still, I really wanna get a shot of what the tunnel escene will be like. I mean, when I saw that on the 360, I was like "How the hell will he be able to scape fomr that!!!!".

I'm a Wii/PS3 owner, Dead Rising was one of the games that moved me to get a 360 myself even though i'm a 360 hater, but then again, i might buy one in the future, when the games are rather cheap and my economy gets better.

I love how everybody are already bashing the game, when nobody has played it or seen it in motion.

Because everyone already knows it's going to suck and be severly gimped compared to the 360 version.

If you want to play this game the way it's meant to be played then go buy a 360 if you don't already have one and play it. I never get why wii owners are ok with accepting gimped versions of good games.

Hit up Famitsu, there's some more screens there with zombies as far as the eye can see.

You guys are basing your thoughts on something that's still being worked on, and not even probably half-finished yet.

Of course, I'm not buying it, but that's because I have the original still...I'll give it a rental to say the least. I can already tell the game is going to be easier so it'll be a lot less frustrating to those that are just trying it out.

Played this on my 360 til it overheated (seriously, why make an achievement that requires you to essentially damage your system?). Can't wait to play this on the Wii until my arm falls off.

8-10 Zombies? Impossible

No More Heroes could host more on-screen enemies than that, if you play some of the harder missions

That would be inexcusable on Capcom's part, especially after all the good porting they've done on the platform so far

I actually support taking out the timer. Games with timers have always bugged me. Not enough to stop playing the game, but it was always a vague irritation to me, and the other improvements seem neat, but you need the zombie hordes to make it Dead Rising and not just a Resident Evil derivative

No timer? WTF? That's the whole point of the game, that the mall gets more and more densely packed as more of the town is infected.

Dead Rising: Chopping Mall is a better title... and a decent movie...

There might not be a lot of zombies on screen, but if you notice, Frank is at level 1. When you first enter the mall, there are only a handful of zombies to deal with. It's not until you get further into the game that the huge seas of zombie appear.

We all know that it's going to be a downgrade from the 360 version because the Wii can't handle it, but give it a chance to prove itself before you write it off.
