Umm...why has the blogger's name hidden behind X3F Staff now? Although it doesn't really matter, this is a blog, not a full blown professional website. You have to be 'personal' to get attached with your readers. Having individual name brought that personal-ness into X3F. Now it looks like you are trying to be cooperate.
