I'd have to delete a VC game first to make room for smiles.

I can see developers using this to have tons of code-locked content on a disk people will have to pay to unlock. Kinda like DLC without being DLC lol. If it saves room on my Wii internal memory, god bless it. I'd love to see how developers are going to use this.

Then we just wait for the codes to be cracked by the internets and we get the content for free!

... You mean like what EA has already been doing with a few 360 games?

Something people REALLY hated?

You want developers to replicate THAT on Wii?

Are you a madman, or a corporate troll?!

Nintendo already do that. Look at games like Pokemon, there's plenty of content in those games that are already there, on the cart, but you have to go to special access points in certain stores to "download" the events, so you can capture those exclusive Pokemon.

Which essentially means anyone outside of Japan and America can't get them at all. They're also doing the same thing with the new Animal Crossing. Yay Nintendo.

You can't get smiles from nintendo until they realease the $60 peripheral with casual game that you will be forced to buy!!!! YAY for nintendo milking and taking money from consumers by marketing crappy games (in my opinion) that offer the most shallow gaming experience ever...woot

no ty nintendo, xbox live marketplace is good enough for me, i loved you once...but that was a long time ago, Wii're not gonna take it!!!

You should be able to click on your own name in one of your posts and then find the option there.
