For those that already have Pachinko from 2004's Super Mario 64 DS, what does this have to offer?

Still only as much of a game as Pachinko ever was.

And just for JMcE: Still not a game! =)

I could possibly be persuaded. It would need to be something amazing though considering it'll be the same as the PC Peggle.

I just read the full announcement... they are adding new features that “are not available on the PC, Mac or iPod version”.

I hope they add some online modes.

Mr. McElroy forgot to mention that this version is also going to be developed by Tetsuya Mizuguchi's Q Entertainment. I assure you, it will be amazing.

Fernando: 'they are adding new features that “are not available on the PC, Mac or iPod version”.'

Three words: Peggle. Construction. Kit. That would have me squeeing like a rabid fangirl at a Jonny's gig.

I'm buying a pal's iPod Nano soon - so that'll be Peggle wherever I go on four formats when I buy this!

i was really hoping they would've made more vertical stages.. they're not exactly taking advantage of the two screens with this version, so I'll probably pass.

It's not THAT addictive. You get a little tired of the gameplay once you've completed the main adventure thing.

Yeah, the PC game was fun as hell for about two days and then it got SOOOOOO repetitive that I doubt I've even loaded the game up again since I beat it. Once you finish the adventure mode there is pretty much nothing else to do with it.

There aren't enough free games making their way to Nintendo systems nowadays.

I kid, this is super news. Next step is to see it on WiiWare with some connectivity between the two :)

Not quite. It has money in it though. Every peg you hit causes a pound coin to drop out of the gameboy advance slot in the DS.

The flashy effects, sounds and colors define the game for me. If the crazy visuals get watered down too much, I'll pass. Here's hoping they somehow pull it off!

They need to make a full version of Peggle Extreme, you know just a mod to skin the whole game in Valve apparel.

I already have the iPod version. So, I doubt I'll buy this unless it offers something more.

I will buy the Xbox Live Arcade version whenever that shows up.

Such a simple, yet addictive game. Zen Ball is the way to go!
