It's raining outside and the weather is making us feel sleepy. Just like this rainstorm brewing outside our window, this week's PSP releases is giving us that lethargic vibe. We could use a little thunder.

• Ginga Ojousama Densetsu Collection (PC Engine Best Collection)
• Panic Palette Portable
• Phantasy Star Portable
• Tengai Makyou Collection (PC Engine Best Collection)
• Tengai Makyou: Daishi no Mokushiroku (Hudson the Best)

Phantasy Star Portable seems to be the only worthy title this week. With that said, we'll slip into an early slumber this evening.
