It all looks sort of cool, but we have a hard time getting past the part where Superman runs Scorpion through seven walls without picking up the phone to pre-order the game. We can't even watch it anymore because after call number 9, the guy at Gamestop was starting to get downright rude. What say you on it?

I'm sorry, but this game looks like crap, so far. If this is what the final gameplay is going to look like, count me out. If the game is still early in the dev process and the final product is supposed to look much better, they really shouldn't have released this footage, because it looks terrible...not exactly a great way to sell your product.

Wow, I cant believe how much negativity you guys are throwing at this.
Ive played a bit of Each MK game since MK1. Its always been about the in your face brutality, Fatatalites, and cool looking special moves. There has never been anything deep about the fighting system and hopefully there never will be. The new moves, combos, fall fighting, and though the wall scenes all look amazing. Ive never been a big DC fan but I do look forward to playing The Flash (Kabal was a retard, and did not deserve his powers:) I do hope there is a secret way to enable blood in quantities like the last couple MK's. Gotta keep that brutality level high... Looks to be worth the buy.

I know critcs/game reviewers are not the end-all, be-all, but every preview I have read has been very positive about the game. In particular, the graphics in the game (which I personally believe look amazing and clearly the best MK yet) have recieved high-praises. I'm guessing most of the posters have either a) never liked MK, b) are fans of the Marvel vs. Capcom series and are hell bent on comparing the two or c) have not bothered to read other previews or the many videos of the gameplay that have been released.
