For $130 they could release just the game and a cheap knock off of the Lancer and still make buck. Instead you'll get a pocket knife sized Lancer at best and a bunch of the same old "making of Gears" crap along with a tin case that is so lame. I for one just want the game.

Is this game actually going to be any good? It's been hyped no end this site and I have no idea why. I'll check out the demo when it's released, but I don't get all the hysteria..

Well, people have played the game at various shows and I've heard absolutely nothing negative about it. It doesn't seem to reinvent the wheel, but it does seem to be a lot of fun and does what it sets out to do very well... Much like Alien Hominid did.

It is going to be awesome. On that note I still have to finish AH, I'm stuck on an Area 51 boss.
