Also, according to the story, all those bands will have downloadable content in the future(except for Panic at the Disco! which will have a song featured in Rock Band 2)

are you implying panic! at the disco isn't rock? any way you have a typo - missing exclamation point after panic (should read "Panic! at the Disco")

Panic is ok, but not rock. I like to hear Panic on occasion. The rest seem to be one hit wonders :/

Yes. After 11 years and six brilliant studio albums, Deathcab for Cutie is destined to go down in the history books as a one hit wonder.
Really wish some of these bands would show up IN Rock Band. Don't Wait from Dashboard Confessional would be a great vocal song, and just about anything Deathcab would be fun to play for all involved parties.

Now see, I read The Cab so I assume it was a band actually called The Cab, not Death Cabe For Cutie.
Them I like :)
But they only have about 2 mainstreem hits. that dont matter though.

Still doesn't excuse the fact that they're an overproduced sack of crap.

I think watching them attempt to play Rock Band would be a lot more entertaining, than listening to any of them.

Glad you said it man!
Honestly, don't really care about any of thoise bands. Not my personal taste in music. I guess some people have to like them though...

Not sure how Death Cab for Cutie got mixed into this batch, unless I'm missing something, but it seems the bottom of the press release speaks of a band called The Cab, who happen to have a wikipedia page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_cab), and a debut CD that released back in April. Just throwing that out there.
