Zombies!!! could be headed to XBLA

We'll admit it. We've never played Zombies!!! before. Having said that, we have come to understand one thing: it's a board game ... about zombies. Is it really necessary to say anything else? We think not. Oh wait, there is one more thing to say: it might be headed to Xbox Live Arcade. A gamer tells Joystiq that he was told by Zombies!!! creator Twilight Creations "that they were already underway with this very project." Joystiq posed the question to Twilight Creations' Todd A. Breitenstein at Comic-Con and was told "I can neither confirm nor deny the existence of such a project... but do you think it would be cool?"

A zombie board game on XBLA? Yeah, that sounds pretty cool.

Yeah you know what though, upon closer inspection, she may not be as cute as I originally thought. I just can't be into chicks who are of the generic store brand cola persuasion.

Seriously though, I'm excited about finding and buying said game and giving it a shot. It sounds like a blast, and I hope we get a chance to put it through its paces on XBL...

Secondly, it's a little stalker-ish, but I'm not gonna judge you.

thats right, theres nothing wrong wit store brand soda, and second of all you shouldnt be drinking soda anyway, stick to water, and yes, lets say the obligatory FAP FAP FAP cuz she is cute.

This board game is great, it just sort of makes you hate your friends due to how it rewards incredibly dickish playing. Should be fine for internet though. I can see it transfering well, and the expansion packs, if cheap, would be awesome.

Yeah, this is a game where you and your buddies play humans stuck in a post-apocalyptic zombie-infested world in which rather than banding together against the undead menace, you screw each other to the wall.

Wooo! I used to play this all the time at my friend's house!

Something in my brain just fazizzled and leaked out my ears. Why wasn't I told that someone made a zombie board game? Who's responsible for this? I'm writing my governor!

Zombies!!! has been out for a long while, with sequels and expansion packs.

This game rocks. There are a metric shit ton of expansions like Zombie Corps(e) set on a military base, Mall Walkers set on a mall, expansion sets etc. The original pack is still the best though. It's a lot of fun. I hope this rumor is true.

The only problem I have with the game is until the helicopter tile gets put down, youre kind of running aimlessly around the city without a purpose.

Isn't survival a good enough purpose?

I guess but since all that happens when you die is you come back with your starting amount of health and ammo it doesn't matter that much.

It is true you can also win by killing 25 zombies but dying makes you lose half of your kill count.

I'd like to play that right now...AND the Zombies XBLA game!

i love Zombies!!! i hope this ends up being true. No better way to screw your friends over then placing a tile filled with zombies next to them as you make a break for the heli.

The girl's already beautiful countenance is enhanced by her apparent enjoyment of zombie related tabletop gaming.

With that out of the way, I have played several games of Zombie. I'm the "friend" that my group of friends have who owns it. And guess what? Even though it's my freakin' game I have yet to ever win. Ever. I pray to Lemmy that they bring this to XBLA. I've been waiting for it either there or at gametableonline.com, to be honest I would prefer (obviously) that it be XBLA. :)

Now I know how to get a cute girl. Play this game.
