Now if it includes Death Tank Zwei, which was hidden in the Saturn version this would be a must buy. I can dream!

This game is going to be hilarious if it comes through with 4 player coop the way some rumors were going.

The August line up is awesome and all but how come they are only releasing one game per wednesday? They have been releasing two almost evey wednesday for awile. Are they only showing the "good" games that are releasing, or is it one per wednesday for all of august? I kno the pub games should be in there somewhere so that should be a double. O well even if there is only one per most wednesday, atleast they are good.

IMO, this game is much better then anything being released in august.
I hope its 400ms points. I just bought doom for 400 ms points to relive some old memories. I had fun, but it only lasted a couple days. I can imgine duke will be the same. Dont want to pay more then 400 points for it

400 points would be a dream come true but highly unlikley.
This game is worth 1200 easy considering it is an uneddited versiojn. HD visuals, online co-op and online dm and team dm modes. Not to mention the single player campaign alone is amazing and about 15 hours long. This game is way more than doom ever was and was the first true 3d fps game ever made.

Not with Duke 3D's multiplayer. It still plays better than most shooters TODAY in deathmatch.

@Tony
Yeah you are right it was an 800 point game at one time. It was well worth it too. for 400 it's a steal. Duke would be a steal at 800 honestly.
Marathon should be 200 points I hate that game.
One of my most regretable purchases next to Boom Boom rocket, warlords and Wing Commander Arena.

Cheer for Duke? Actually, Duke kills strippers and cheerleaders. For money.

It's about time they are posting some good games on XBLA this and vigilante 8 I've been looking forward to for sometime.
Last game I bought on xbox live arcade was Metal Slug I believe.
They rarely have any games that appeal to me, that are worthy of downloading on there.
It seems to me that XBLA is more toward the causal gamer in some terms of games rather then hardcore games like Goldeneye and that. To bad Goldeneye isn't coming out on XBLA like we heard about due to Nintendo.
I'll be honest, I've seen virtual console games and I love the games I grew up with but, unlike Xbox live arcade they don't even being to compare to the depth that goes into them.
The virtual console games are the same rehash as opposed to XBLA where they tend to have little better graphics more in the game than the original with achievements etc.
So hopefully XBLA unlike virtual console will start having more games appear like Duke Nukem, Doom, Vigilante 8 maybe one day Goldeneye and so on.
Because I would hate to play Goldeneye on the Wii where the best place for mulitplayer online is more geared toward Xbox live.
