Neopets Puzzle Adventures looks to be coming along nicely.

'All our E3 2008 impressions are belong to you!'
Can anyone tell me what is wrong, grammatically, with the above sentence? Anyone but Ross Miller since he obviously saw nothing wrong with it.
Heh {XBL: P4nic 4tt4ck} @ Aug 1st 2008 5:34PM

WHOA. I've never met anyone on the gaming internets that didn't know what that meant. You're so...virgin. :O
Zertoss @ Aug 1st 2008 5:53PM
lmao @ game virgin
This site is so deliciously nerdy.
ChuckJ @ Aug 1st 2008 5:57PM
Okay so since some game in the early 90s had very bad writers. And I guess it's a joke now....
Dont know what the game was and dont care, but I guess maybe im the only one who doesnt know the reference. OH well, still think it's silly to talk grammatically stupid because of an inside joke about some cheesy game that came out God knows when. It's as bad as all the stupid "teh" talk.
Shagittarius @ Aug 1st 2008 6:06PM
Next Lesson: Stop QQing
Mr Khan @ Aug 1st 2008 6:14PM
I know how embarrassing it is to be caught outside an inside joke, but "All Your Base" is very ubiquitous, even outside the internet
It wasn't bad writing, it was just before the days when localization was actually handled by people who spoke the language it was being translated into. Neo Geo games of the era are rife with the problems, though the game in question is a Genesis title
Heh {XBL: P4nic 4tt4ck} @ Aug 1st 2008 6:19PM
"Next Lesson: Stop QQing"
You're aware he's gonna start bawwing about "what does qqing mean?" now, right?
ChuckJ @ Aug 1st 2008 6:22PM
Embarrassed? LOL
Hardly. Why the hell would I be embarrassed because Im not some geek that knows this stupid reference? My initial post questioned the grammar of a person who writes for a blog. So my first reaction was to question why they cant write well half the time as in the Topic phrase of this post.
So it is a reference, I get it now. Seems dumb to me but I guess if most of you all actually know it then I suppose it's okay. But no, not even close to feeling embarrassed about not knowing. I actually feel proud to be honest with you.
Heh {XBL: P4nic 4tt4ck} @ Aug 1st 2008 6:35PM
"Why the hell would I be embarrassed because Im not some geek that knows this stupid reference"
Stereotyping isn't a sign of being defensive? WTG, mate.
An fyi here (that means for your information), some of us are far from geeks. I'm active daily in sports and, through martial arts, actually got a free trip to hawaii. I play in a local band and have for quite some time. It's prog-metal, so feel free to call me a "proggy-geek" if that makes you feel better. I've visited friends and family in both London and Japan, and was thinking about staying a year in japan. Not for this "animu/manga" crap, but to be closer to my family.
I happen to have a job that doesn't include working at an electronics store, I go daily to hang out with my friends (most of whom, mind you, know jack shit about electronics aside from "me blow shit up with xbox"), and have had several relationships. I sure fit the stereotypical geek role, don't I? :D
TBH, only reason I know half I do about computers is because I dislike being looked down upon by actual nerds thinking I didn't know half that I did. That, and it's cheaper building a computer than buying one. I educated myself, just like you should have, about things I did not know. Don't know something? Go google it, for christ's sake. It's not that hard. Now get off your high horse of "lol I'm better than you because I don't get the joke" and stfu. You did it wrong. Accept that fact. You sound just like the time my mom got scared and said, you're moving with your auntie and uncle in bel-air!
timefortim @ Aug 1st 2008 6:45PM
Well played, good sir, well played indeed.
Shagittarius @ Aug 1st 2008 6:59PM
On the other hand I'm a fat ugly nerd who has never had a girl and lives in my parents basement.
ChuckJ @ Aug 1st 2008 6:59PM
Did I ask for your life story?
Saria the Cat @ Aug 1st 2008 7:06PM
Hey man, if you don't want nerdy, I think you've got the wrong place.
Mr Khan @ Aug 1st 2008 7:16PM
I happen to fit the geek stereotype quite well, but I don't let that define me
It's what you do, not what you happen to enjoy/know about
Microswirl (MKWii:1676- 4270-3674) @ Aug 1st 2008 8:20PM

I quite like this organized linkage. It makes it a lot easier to read more about the games I actually give a toot about. Thanks. :)
Evan @ Aug 1st 2008 5:38PM
Wow, I didn't realize the 360 has such a serious lack of exclusives.
Heh {XBL: P4nic 4tt4ck} @ Aug 1st 2008 5:41PM
Those aren't all the games.
Fable 2 and a few more are lacking from the 360 list, just as the PS3 list is lacking aswell.
Waqman @ Aug 1st 2008 5:49PM

Dante @ Aug 1st 2008 6:14PM

343 Guilty Fart @ Aug 1st 2008 7:57PM
