Red Faction: Guerilla multiplayer beta video dump

Wow, did you see in the last video, one of the player's name was "Jack Thompson"? So at one point in the top right, you see the message "You Killed V Jack Thompson"?

Let's sit back and wait for some kind of blowback from the Thompson camp.

Will this be one of those games where you can go third or first person view? I'm more of a FPS than a TPS(?).

The damage system looks promising compared to Bad Company which while awesome was just a little cheap trick.Either way, it's a definite purchase to me.

They need to do something about those crappy explosions.Right now all we see is a puff of red smoke and a hole in the wall.Fuck this.I want at least a full blown Halo 3/GTA4 quality-level when it comes to explosions.Add a decent physics engine that'll allow to knock players out and bury them with debris.Finally I want to be able to turn the entire fucking world into a pile of rubble(with quest-vital buildings respawning)- just like they've promised.

If they pull this shit off,I'm telling ya this will be the best game EVER made.

Im playing ti right now guys and it feels like an old school classic. This is now a must buy for me :P

Is it just me or do some of the animations look ridiculous?

i liked playing the older game with a tactical nukes mod. few of my multi player gaming experiences come close.

Well, I will certainly reserve final judgment until I get to at least play a demo. As of now, having not played the first title, I get a Lost Planet vibe, which is not a good feeling.

Guys trust me when I say this game is a must buy. When playing it, it gives you a vivbe of an old-school classic game which is very good. There are a few bugs in the beta but a patch is comming. Also using the Rhino pack to bust throgh walls like the kool-aid man is epic lol

Oh god, I don't want to think about how much a game based on the movie or comic would win.

I dunno why but it feels unfinished. Usually in a beta, you've got all of the elements together and you pretty much just solve bugs and balance.
