That's not the PAL cover. It's the Jap cover, PAL just took it from them.
I don't know why everyone always refers to it as the "PAL boxart".

I repeated it a lot just so people didn't have to keep hitting play.
I also turned it into a team fortress 2 spray if anyone wants it.
