In what seems like an especially Dangeresque move after Nintendo's total dis of third parties' Virtual Console scheduling, Telltale Games sent out a press release announcing the release date for the first episode of Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People.
Assuming that Telltale has paid proper tribute to their feudal lords at Nintendo, Homestar Ruiner will be out next Monday in North America for 1,000 Wii Points. Future episodes should release every month after that. We hope it's true. We feel like we've been waiting since last month for this game, and we'd be pretty sad if Nintendo SBLOUNSKCHED the release.

I'm so glad the staff here at Nintendo Wii Fanboy consists of at least one true fan of H-Star-R. I've been checking every weeks since, I think, 2003 or so.

Don't trust it! If recent news is anything to go by, unless Nintendo announces, don't hold your breath. In fact if the developer of a game issues a release date, I believe that Nintendo purposely won't release the game on that date, just to show them whose boss or something.

from what i've been reading in the forums, telltale has worked closely with nintendo on the release date, and i don't think they would have announced this particular date without knowing for sure and with nintendo's permission.
in other words, i'll bet my life savings on it.

That's so strange, you're the 3rd person online to share my gf's b-day. ......... she's not a very good Leo, though. :/ Ah well. That's where the comparisons stop.
Have a fine b-day on that day.

Well, the release date is also the same for the pc version... so if nintendo tries to screw telltale over, people can choose to buy the pc version instead... but I doubt it, The Big N isn't that dumb... or is it?
