Pain to get Trophies Sept. 4
After the break you'll find a full list of Trophies, which run the gamut from seemingly impossible to embarrassingly crude. Which, as Pain producer Travis Williams points out, is completely appropriate for the game.
Gold Trophies
- Affliction Addiction: Get one billion points (Good Luck)
- Dude Abides: Use "The Dude" to score 50 Strikes in Bowling
- 10 Mill Club: Get "PAIN in the Park" and "D-Town Destruction"
- Harder Dick's Balls: Get all of Dick's Balls in the Block Party Dumpster without resetting (Heh heh heh) I really need adult supervision.
- D-Town Destruction: Get 10,000,000 score in PAINdemonium and Aftermath
- Combo Mambo: Get 20x Combo in PAINdemonium, Aftermath, Block Party and Demolition
- Attention Spam: Get every type of PAIN (Groin, Head, Arm, Hand, Leg, Foot and Body) combo in PAINdemonium, Aftermath, Block Party and Demolition
- Trill: Get PAINful Tosser Trophy with Scurv Dogg or Hung Lo
- Grenade-A-Maid: Get Exploded 500 times with any female launchable character.

I only have this game because it was free. It gets really boring pretty quickly. Maybe the added trophies will give me something to play for.

With a game as heavy on micro-transactions as Pain, I'm shocked they don't make you purchase trophy add-ons.

With my PS3/MGS4 bundle. It was included. If you don't have it I wouldn't buy it. If you also have a 360 just get the Geometry Wars 2 demo. That demo itself is amazingly fun!

I've played that game so many times. I love when you're about to finish and you then hit a bomb and then a trampoline and then another bomb and it just goes on and on... Feels great

When will Sony learn that they ain't gonna sell many copies of digital games without giving people a sample via a demo?

This game isn't bad, but its not really that good. The trophies are a good idea, but I'm not sure if thats enough to make me start playing it a lot. I also got Pain free with the MGS4 bundle.
