Rumor: We really hope these are the Fable 2 achievements

A supposed list of achievements for Fable 2 has popped up on Xbox360Achievements.org and though we can't vouch for the validity of the list (it looks a little off, doesn't it?) we really hope it's on the level. Some of the achievements on the list, say getting married to more than one woman or taking part in an orgy "responsibly," are, as our Gammy might say, a real hoot.

But, troublingly, neither of the displayed Gamertags show up when searched, so we're a little bit nervous about the whole ordeal. However, we're still holding out hope that we'll one day be rewarded for kicking a chicken "a respectable distance."

[Update: Is it possible to hint at a confirmation? If so, Lionhead just did it. Looks like this is pretty much legit. Thanks to HeartbreakRidge for the heads-up.]

Either that or the Fable MMORPG class list. Imagine leveling up "The persuader" or "The Archeologist". And you just know that "the hero of strength" will be OPed...

No, it looks on target. The thing is, the poster typed them out himself, so that explains the occasional lack of a capital letter.

This is just like the time they posted the (proven) GTA4 achievements.

OK, why does it look on target then?

I just am surprised that they put so much emphasis in the sex/marriage side of things when that will be advertised in the achievements lists of people's profiles. Seems a little less than fitting for children to be reading through. (The caps and missing words wasn't what I had an issue with)

My excitement for this game is growing, and I haven't even finished the first Fable yet. Damn game keeps hard locking my system.

These achievements seem to be dead on with the humor found in other Lionhead titles. If they're fake, someone did a damn good job of coming up with believable ones.

It looks a little off to you guys because it's an awesome and creative achievement list which is something we're not used to in our 360 games.

I was a little pissed when I found out the lame achievements a game as open and huge as Oblivion had. Thankfully this looks like it'll make up for it.

I can confirm the name from the picture is, in fact, an Xbox 360 Development Kit gamertag, and that user is VERY active 'behind the scenes'.

Joystiq, boot yours up and add them, then when you have your friend req. pending, just 'view XXXXX's friends', there 'ya go, the development team!

Developers have access to an internal live network used for testing. That could explain why the gamertags dont show up.

Only three actual main story achievements (which seem to corrospond to the big choice you're forced to make..) and the rest of them are more of the amusing different character choices you can make.

This is more like what I was expecting from Oblivion, instead of simply getting them for playing through each of the guilds.
