It's not a protective cover. You can pretty much tell that by just looking at it. I don't know who you heard that from but it sounds like to me they just want you to scratch away at the ring until its destroyed.

The psp looks gorgeous and the contents are great, despite the fact I have no interest in Madden.
Also, are you sure your psp is working properly, Majed? I don't want to scare you, but in image nine, the charger is in, but the light is still green, when it's meant to be orange. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong =P

When the PSP is fully charged the amber goes off and the normal green comes on again (Maybe its diffrent with the 2000s but in my 1000 thats the way)
And concerning the tint on the silver metal ring are you sure its not the protective cover?
I remember someone complaing about it and another person said that its just a protective cover and can be removed.

Thank god John Madden isn't silkscreened on the battery cover like the silkscreens on the GOW and Star Wars bundles. XD

Go find some macro settings on your camera Majed =P. Might help a little in focussing up on things so close lol.

My camera is pretty much busted. It's been giving me problems as of late and hasn't been performing as good as it used to. You should see some of the stuff I've taken back when I first bought it; those were really clear. Anyway, I'm planning to pick up an SLR, so hopefully you guys won't have to suffer from drunk-o-vision much longer.

The blue is lovely but I wish they would do like DS did with their new colors. Backside has the snazzy color while game play side is matte black. I love the color, but the shine from the edge of the screen would be distracting.

Sigh. Adding my vote to the "stop bundling the colored PSPs" suggestion.
I asked one of the Sony reps at San Diego about this, and he told me that supposedly, PSPs have a much lower margin for retailers than the DS. And this is why retailers are afraid of having more than 1 or 2 colors of PSPs, because if a particular color doesn't sell well, they can't just discount the hell out of them to make them go (like the DS).
I don't know if it's true, though the Sony rep certainly sounded like he believed this.
Regardless, you'd think that Sony themselves could offer a few more colors in their own online store. The margins on the systems should be less of an issue for them, after all.
