the very end of the video looks like a new way to forge. Being able to create your very own maps from scratch and not just improving an existing map or filling in and empty warehouse(foundry).

How could this be TRON if they hinted that the Halo franchise wasn't over?..

What I'm hoping is that they start making the novels into game or something.. or possibly a Halo MMO (Because this video could be a very big possibility around that)

ok...a maintenance man upkeeps apartments and facilities. that holodeck scene at the end shows a bunker-like structure. a bunch of the "citizens" of the halo universe make appearances. it's the halo version of SimCity. grow your city. build and "maintenance" the buildings you create. give all the characters places to live. i dunno.

I think it would be cool to pull a star warsish move and make some prequels - back when Master Cheif was being developed and then the whole facility full of Cheifies was blown up and only he escaped. Cool stuff.

I agree with every body saying its a level editor but it could also be used to make missions like Timespliters thats why they have those models just chilling around.

A Halo INFINITY maybe, with all sorts of wacky time travel scenarios after Chief got sucked into that wormhole? Fighting at Reach, a retread where the Elites didn't rebel, exploring other Covenant-infested Forerunner facilities, etc? I hope not, Marathon Infinity made my brain hurt.

You know what I bet this is going to be? It's going to be that "Halo Blue" game that was seen on some retail listing a while back. I'm guessing it'll be a super huge fully featured level editor, I wouldn't be surprised if it was both retail and downloadable.

whatever it is... it looks totally sweet. from what i saw in the video, the blue grid at the end is a total give-away for the new forge system. as for how the flood, johnson, and other characters reacted to the camera and the blue narrator, that means that these characters will be player controlled in the next game.

someone earlier in the post said that it would be like an expansion of halo 3 with updated everything, i could totally see that happening. honestly i think that is prob. the most logical explanation to everything we saw. halo 4.... no.... not gonna happen.... "finished the fight"..... but because we see all the same characters, that could be a hint at an expansion to be able to use these characters and the new forge system.... and i really like the idea of creating your own missons. that would be cool to see in the next game but they didnt really clearly tell you that....

It's a forge expansion guys, u can now build maps from the ground up, and also add ai, a complete revamp to forge really.

I think they should forget halo 4 and come out with a Halo based monopoly game, or even connect four...LOL but seriously its probably Full Map Editor (Forge 2.0) and Bots

Do yall remember the "Halo Blue" slip, this is Halo blue, it's an expansion pack for forge (Yes like forge 2.0) i have been told it will be 20 bucks in stores and 1600 points online, I'm not sure if all the pricing is true, but it is scheduled for September, i have sources so don't even.
