Think about it, is it really very strange that Star Trek Online could have cross-platform play? After all, Captain Kirk had all kinds of cross-species lovin', so why not? According to the Star Trek Online FAQ, the upcoming muhmohrpuguh from Cryptic Studios might have cross-platform play between the PC and it's console cousins. Regarding the possibility, the FAQ states "We would like that to be the case. There is nothing technologically keeping us from making it so." It's not an outright declaration that there will be cross-platform play, but it's not a denial either.
For the sake of peace throughout the galaxy, let's hope that Cryptic does indeed make it so.

What does this have to do with Braid? I was under the impression that all of Richard's posts from now on would be Braid related. ;)

I say this with love, Richard. Damn you and your Picard song. It's going to be stuck in my head for years now..and I'll be found dead in the bathtub. Two can play at that game...

I don't know if I have an opinion about a Trek online game, but I'd love to finally be able to play a game where you can walk around within the entire Enterprise-D, as well as crawl through the Jeffrey's (sp) tubes.
And that song is still stuck in my head.

Sounds to me like an outright (er, I mean implied) and preemptive declaration that any possible future blame for lack of cross-platform play can placed at the feet of the platform manufacturers or publisher(s).

Forgot to say, nice pic!
Redshirt looks scared. Do you think he knows? He certainly seems to suspect. Look at him.
