Dude your only comments on this site in the last 8 months are attempts at trolling the popularity of Braid. Grow up.

Good thing I stocked up on cheap points from Target, this game will only cost me $11. It'll be interesting to see how many more people buy THIS game at $15 than bought Braid at the same price.

Once again 400p don't buy sh*t.

So I guess I'm really going to need 1 Pre-paid card per game.

Here's an interesting comparison (caveat: I don't buy $60 games until they hit at least $40)

Braid $15
Castle Crashers $15
Bionic Commando $10
Geo Wars 2 $10
Galaga $10-15
Total: $60-65

Devil May Cry Crapfest: $60 + tax

I know which way I'd be going. As it stands, I wouldn't do either since I'll wait until a $60 game hit $40 or less, and then at least I'd have a physical copy I could sell/loan.

This is all just preference. Some people love the Devil may Cry game. Another point is that the $60.00 price point is accepted for the majority of on shelf games (wii is $10.00 less). The concensus seems to be that $10.00 is sweet spot for high quality XBLA titles.

One more point I like to make in your comparison anyalsis.

You do not have to purchase the $60.00 devil may cry to play it and beat it. You can rent it from a blckbuster or movie store or use a gamefly type of service. In that case you can play it as long as you like for the same price as one of the XBLA titles. You can't rent the downloadable games or sell them when you beat them. They do not have as much value as a full on release IMO.

Not wanting to argue whether DMC is worth $60.00 or if Brad/CC is worth $10.00. Just saying your perspective is some skewed and not reality.

People must be buying new games at $60, because I always find what I want used for at least $10 less.

I don't know who's doing it, but I thank them profusely.

Well, it was just meant to be a comparison. There's no skewing, either; that's how much those titles cost.

Since the only game on that list that I've bought is Geo Wars 2, I obviously don't think any of the games are worth $60 (or a combined $60).

Well, I, for one, have been having a lot of fun with XBLA releases this summer. And have been looking forward to this release for a while now, I will gladly pay $15 for it.

Ah people you're not seeing what this game is all about, not only does castle crasheds have the 20+ story mode off and online(with amazingly awesome and unique bosses) but if any of you people have played super smash brothers then you'd he familiar with the arena mode, 2-4 people duke it out with any of the 20+ characters and 40 weapons over 15 pets in a smash brothers style versus mode, you can level you're character to over 99 and also compete with your friends. Most characters have unique spells too.

The Behemoth has made plenty of quality titles and this is one of them. this is the most deepest experience on the arcade to date and if you payed $15 for braid which lasted about 3 hours and don't buy this cause you think its too much money than you have no perspective on value and your opinion doesn't matter.

This game is well worth the 2 year wait some of us had to put up with and it's well worth the $15 in fact I'd say it's worth triple that. Also this gMe comes with free themes and gamers pics, BUY IT

sorry for the typos my iPod changes my spelling of words, it sucks

These are reasons justifying a $15 price... Unlike Mr. Blow's "I'm in debt" reason.

Sweet! I can't wait.

I was actually visiting Comic-Con this year with a bunch of people from Newgrounds.com.. We went over to talk to Tom Fulp and Dan Paladin (the guys behind the game) who are really awesome. I played the game at The Behemoth booth and damn was it a nice game. I really can't wait to get my hands on the final thing.

I was also invited to the Castle Crashers party in San Diego.. The drink selection was red, blue, yellow, green knights (coloured mixed drinks). Free booze all night, I was quite drunk by the end of it.

Funny how people that say that they don't buy $60 games at full price don't readily acknowledge that points cards can go on sale too.

Funnier are people that pretend the leftover points can't be used as part of your next purchase.
