EQ2 is actually a really great game as they have done really wonderful things with the expansion packs. It is really the best PvE MMO out there and really embodies the overperforming and underappreciated "Underdog" role that occurs when certain other software became larger than life.

That "other" unnamed software is a great product nonetheless but I think alot of people, especially people who are looking for less focus on PvP, would much prefer EQ2 if they weren't to jaded to give it a shot in it's current state.

*^^*

Someone on, pimp your unique MMO's for *^^*'s sake.

(I'm referring to Planetside. You can't expect the players to do all the promoting...)

Once upon a time, I was an EQII slave. Was a pre-order and played for two years, but finally got burned out.

Now I play Final Fantasy XI. It is a much more rewarding experience. Plus, chocobos and moogles. Every game should have them.
