Following last week's Australian classification of Disaster: Day of Crisis, we've all gotten our hopes up again that the game could actually release during the Wii's lifespan. As a response to that, a Nintendo of America representative told GamePro that the title is, in fact, "still in development."
Sounds good to us, but could you give us something else, Nintendo? More info? No? Okay, then. Back to waiting it is.

Obvious enough after the OFLC rating. Apparently publishers have to pay to have the OFLC rate their stuff, and Nintendo wouldn't pay if it wasn't still coming
Maybe the game was diverted for Motion Plus, as some suggest, so that when it comes out, MotionPlus will have more than just Wii Sports Resort to make it worthwhile

Like Khan said, i recon Disaster and HAMMER are both being held back for MotionPlus.
HAMME is an obvious choice to use for the periph, and think about how much beter the game could be.
I'm sure they could do somepretty mazing stuff with Disaster too, which would then give them a better few ames for MotionPlus' release.
