Microsoft announced today that gamers can now pre-order Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. Much more exciting is the fact that the rumored price of $39.99 is true, making Nuts & Bolts a real bargain. Making the deal even sweeter, gamers that pre-order the game will receive a download code for the Xbox Live Arcade version of the original Banjo Kazooie. Even better than that, the code will work starting on November 14, the day of the Nuts & Bolts launch, a full two weeks before the XBLA game hits Xbox Live Marketplace. The XBLA release will include a feature called "Stop N' Swop" which allows players to unlock new features in XBLA game by playing Nuts & Bolts.
Finally, a new Nuts & Bolts world called Jiggoseum was revealed. You can check out the first images of Jiggoseum in the gallery below.

I have next to no interest in this game, but it is a good deal. I'll probably end up pre-ordering it just for the XBLA game though (I love the original, I just think the new version looks baaaaaad).

I was planning on purchasing this game one day one at the 59.99 price seeing as I have great love for both the Banjo Kazooie franchise, and user generated content. However, now that the game is only 39.99 I am absolutely flabbergasted...
I'm still planning on buying it on day one, but I just keep expecting there to be a condition... How and why would Microsoft make this game 39.99?

I am thinking $5 (400 MS points) or $10 (800 MS points).
No more then that- but I would guess the sweet spot would be $10.

What a great deal. Not only do I now have incentive to buy it but there's also a pre-order bonus for an XBLA game. I'm loving this and the Fable II Pub games pre-order bonus.

Shit. This is going back on my (already too full) must buy list now - provided the deal isn't US only.

That's a hell of a deal, too bad I have no interest in playing the new game but the first game was great when I was in fourth grade.
