Awesome, first sports game with trophies. Though, most of them don't seem to be too unbearable.

just a guess, but the NBA season starts around October. so im guessing early-mid October. of course it's just a guess but sports games usually release during the start of their respective sports

This is great news concerning trophies, to bad this franchise is the worst one of the three graphically and playability.

@Reggie: I think you'll find the 2K series has been the better series so far. Can't say i'm not looking forward to this though, especially after MLB last year.

The trophies for this game doesn't look too hard. I hope this game will be better than the next NBA 2K series. 2K8 was freakin' awesome.

Is that screenshot outdated? I remember Marcus Camby donning #23 on the Nuggets and he was traded to the Clippers.

Anyway, I hope the graphics in this game are good enough for me to consider buying. I really do wanna give Sony my money for this franchise, but 2K has always given me a better experience.

Man, I HATE online trophies! Not everyone has the luxury of a pristine broadband connection. The connection in my place is too crappy for online play. They should make those optional, not mandatory for the platinum.

Problems with nba 09 insiders... It seems as the trophies don't add to level or game card nor can you compare them.. You can only see them under trophies
