No PSP titles, like capcom, and right after filling up the bank account with a hot selling phantasy star portable...

Sometimes i really want to know the reason behind...Is the PSP really smelly ? Or is it just because retailers are not buying softwares on it anymore ( in the west at least )

They would've had to start working on a theoretical PSP game at least a year ago to have anything ready to show for this convention.

PSU Portable paid off, what, 2 weeks ago? Do you see the problem here?

Games like the pretty great Crush and the average Rivals didn't sell good on PSP.

I dont see any probleme, except that the emptyness of games by third parties, on psp, is disproportional if you compare it with the hardware sales.

Its sad for this console...this and the piracy, very thin hope for the future there...

The first rivals is near a million copies, and the second did pretty ok, around 300k. And dont forget that those are NOT real sonic games, and fans did NOT like rivals series.

For crush, its a sad...sad story. It was not promoted enough, and was hardly seen on shelves in europe ( france, germany ) because retailers did not take the risk...That was its sad destiny.

Maybe sony should publiah every games ( like in the ps1 era ) it would help getting exposure for third party games.

Sega, I love you and everything but WHERE THE FUCK IS A NEW JET SET RADIO? Jeez, how many death threats must I send?

But honestly, this line-up looks really good. I hope Sega gets popular enough again to make stuff like JSR and not have abysmal sales.

Does it bother anyone else that the Wii version has terrible, PS2-like graphics, and the PS3/360 version looks about like Secret Rings does?

Are we looking at the same game here? The Wii screenies I've seen aren't impressive (I'll wait till I see more to judge 'em), but the PS3 and 360 versions of Unleashed (the game you're talking about, right?) look pretty damn good to say the least. Way better looking than Secret Rings. I mean, seriously, don't even compare 'em.

I don't know exactly what it actually IS, but Bayonetta looks amazing from a strictly graphical perspective. The rest of the lineup is solid too, Mad World looks amazing. But come one, no Jet Set Radio??? Now please! Plus a port to PSP to go along with it.

Um...when are we going to see a new Jet Set Radio with full online clan support? That game would be a dream and no doubt sell in droves if marketed properly on the 360 as opposed to the dying DC where it was destined to fail. Talk about a game with unlimited potential...

Besides Bayonetta and Mad World, I'm really excited for Valkyria Chronicles. It's looking mighty fine.

"there's nary a sign of PSP support to be found"

Sadly, the release schedule for my PSP is dead, dead dead. And I REALLY liked Crush too. :(

Won't someone come around and revive the PSP? And no, Sony's PSP 3000 model won't do it.

Jet set radio was suppose to turn the world on fire, but it was just too much for its time, I have the soundtrack and it still hold up pretty well, but the cell shade technology was a little expensive at that time and the terrible terrible sells on the Dreamcast didn't help.

Even worse was the sequel and even better game with a soundtrack so good I still listen to it every day beautiful graphics, great characters a feel of freedom not sandbox game can replicate but the sells were so so incredibly (the fact that the game came with the xbox mean almost no sales) bad they have to close the studio on it's entirely and lot of guys lose their jobs.

Then Sega was bough from sammy but the sammy pachinko machines make them lose so much money that Sega can't possibly help to take that risk again.
