GC 2008: 'Tornado' ads both suck and blow
Oh, and what is up with that poor raccoon? Or the little girl with the dead eyes and creepy smirk? The whole thing looks like footage David Lynch could have shot after going off his drugs. There's a second spot after the break, but you might want to take a moment to compose yourself before clicking through, since it's just as hysterically awful. You have been warned.

Also available on the "paper" handheld and console systems. Draw circles till you go mad!!!

First trailer would have been better if the raccoon somehow managed to escape the swirl, bite the kid, and give her rabies for being such a little bitch.
The poor animal was just being adorable, chilling in a trash can!
Far as the game goes, it does look like it has the potential to be one of those "mindless fun" type of games, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. After reading a hands-on of the game, it does seem like a rip-off in concept, but we all knew the Katamari clones would be coming down the pipeline eventually. Surprised it took this long.
Could still be a decent game.

Is that a girl or a boy?

It's a BOY in the first trailer.
A girl in the second.

1. Video game with generic character(s)
2. Promotional spot with creepy little kid
3. Awful CGI that makes no sense
Given these crimes against good taste, I have no choice but to declare this ad as being from the 1990s.

i can't let my children play this because it might cause them to commit random acts of "comic mischief." what have we wrought upon our youth?

Say what you will about the Katamari-ripoff nature of the game, I for one am excited to get any sort of Katamari Damacy type game on the DS. In lieu of an actual port, this seems like it could be a worthwhile alternative.
