Well if you think for a moment. They should fix too human camera and release a wii version why?. Wii owners are just more open than halo freaks and graphic whores on the other side. Also eternal darkness 2 is a welcome especially to revive their reputation.

It can't be that complicated... they pretty much just lifted the entire lot from Lovecraft.

But it also raises my hope in some kind of Wii game from Silicon Knights.

Nintendo realized after E3 that they have a core gamer problem.
Silicon Knights realized after Too Human that the other platforms are oversaturated with similar games.

Maybe there's a mutually beneficial solution?

The REAL truth is the rights to Eternal Darkness belong to Amy Hennig.

I really loved Eternal Darkness. The sanity effects really got me a few times. Doorbell ringing sounded just like mine, and the Erasing Saved Games had me thinking "Ok Ok, it's just a SD disk. There's got to be a way to hook it up to the PC and UnErase the saved files" :)

I don't agree with him that our genre system is a reflection of the immaturity of the games industry. Our genres are less general than movies and other media because of one key difference. Control. Only the director/writers etc. have control in movies, books etc. But the player has control in many many different ways in games. And the game is more different to eachother based on these level of control than the mood or the emotions the game attempts to evoke. For instance, both Starcraft and Halo would fit under the general category of "action". But we say more about them when we use the terms RTS and FPS.

F*CK

SAKE

why god? why? eternal darkness was so perfect for what it was, now they may be no sequel??? i dont understand how its complicated though, if it came out on gamecube, and if silicon knights arent second party devs for (ugh) microsoft, then it should be fine!

tbh they really should release it on wii, because if it was released on 360, people would be too far up the next halo's or GOW's arse to care, not to mention that they are saturated with horror type titles anyway.
