PSN Thursday: The Last Guy, Warhawk: Fallen Star expansion

This week's PSN update continues the trend of quality downloadable content going with the addition of The Last Guy and Warhawk's Fallen Star expansion. The Last Guy mashes up the eventual Zombie Apocalypse (it's coming) and Snake into a hectic old-school arcade-style action game. The other big piece of content this week is the latest expansion for online fragfest Warhawk at $8. All three Warhawk expansion packs are also available for $16.

I wish they had a booster pack with just the last 2 in it. I bought the first one, but never picked up the second and definitely want the third.

I just purchased Fallen Star and it's great. The Jetpack is a great tool. Honestly, I haven't played too much of Fallen Star, but the 10 minutes I got in, well, I was lost in Tau Crater (just like I was first lost in Omega Factory and Vaporfield Glacier) but the Jetpack makes it easier to navigate. It's definetialy not going to save your ass. You can get shot down by one missile if you don't manage to dodge it. Thing is, I think it puts a tank at a disadvantage, and really forces troops to bring a rocket launcher with them. That's it, but I think the sacrifice is worth it. Honestly, I can see the Jetpack working so well with classic maps.
