Ninja Gaiden 2 strikes swiftly, sells a million copies

Ninja Gaiden II was well received when it released, but was criticized for not being as balanced as the original and for failing to rectify the hilariously wonky camera positioning. Game sales are great, but here's what we really want to know: How many people bought the Ninja Gaiden II "horse armor" on XBLM?

No. It's alot easier than the first.
And I love the game, myself. But Tecmo needs to get off their asses and fix the broken Mission Mode DLC.

Well that certainly sucks. That's one of the main reasons I liked the first Ninja Gaiden. I'll still pick this game up when I get my 360 back.

Theres nothing like a difficult game that makes you pitch your controller out the window in a fit of rage. :)

The gameplay is pretty much the same as before. Most of us who played the original came in knowing what to expect with 2, so it's no surprise they think it's a bit easier. I personally think the game hasn't improved over the last one at all. If you beat the original, save your money and skip 2.

Awesome news. I'll be making that number 1,000,001 next week.
I am pissed though that every store I go to Too Human is sold out and to get a copy I have to drive an hour and a half to another state to get one. What's up with that? I thought everyone was "mehh" on Too Human.
BTW I guess I'm one of the few that loved the demo despite some small flaws.

Too Human is awsome to play. Its extremely fun and action packed. If you want to buy into the hate, fine, but I am half way through the game and I love it.
Its not AAA game, but its good to say the least.

maybe the store didn't order anymore ... mmhhh youck youck ... As for NJII ... I got a copy for my birthday and still haven't opened it up yet. Just hate to turn the 360 on but Madden 09 is changing that

You know, in retrospect, Dyack is a fucking genius. He generates his own hype by trashing all over people who talked shit about the game, making sites like Joystiq constantly talk about Too Human. And as more people talk about it, the more people are interested in it. So even though it's a mediocre game. A shit load of people are going to buy it simply because of the hype created by Dyack.

And by horse armor,I hope you're referring to the mission mode "downloadable content".
It was included in Ninja Gaiden Black,so it wasnt a new idea. Not to mention it would probably take them more than month to do ALL that,so they probably had it already finished and on the shelf,meaning they could have put on the fucking disc.
But no,stupid people will buy anything off the market place with a smile. SOAPWAS people. What's SOAPWAS?

Well the most recent patch of the game caused chapter 11 to freeze making the game unplayable without first deleting your cache on your XBOX. That was quite awhile ago and they still haven't fixed it.
I didn't mind the game before that happened.

Stop hatin yall know that game was stupid hard especially the bosses.The graphics were generated by the dead or alive 4 engine so its waaaayyy much more pretty than the average 360 or ps3 game.The gameplay is genuis and the inventory collectables as well.ninja gaiden 1,sigma,black is no where near the vicinity of toppin this.
