Saints Row 2 Collector's Edition shipping in gun box

We're not exactly sure about the SR2 Collector's Edition for North America, so we'll have to wait and see if THQ announces this same bundle for the region. Sadly, nothing involving porn star and "special producer" Tera Patrick will be included in the box. The boys and girls of Saints Row 2 are expected to shoot up the streets of Stilwater in October.

The game will also be released for PS3 and PC later on but this bundle is 360 only.

what's wrong with this that isn't wrong with GoW 2? The GoW one is 160 dollars, and this is only 10 bucks more than regular Saints Row. It's got a special case and a bonus disc, what's the big deal? If the size of the tin is what's bugging you, Assassin's Creed did the same thing

Even with all this talk of 2nd amendment rights during the election and DC's ruling allowing guns into the city...I think we can safely assume that this is NOT going to make it to the US.

I think the tragedy of this game is that "it won't be as good as GTA". Not because it won't (necessarily) be or that it wouldn't be able too.
It's just that it's not allowed to be because it has to be the poser.

by looking at that map, the city looks identical to the 1st game, just with a few added things. I know that the city is going to look different, but playing a game for the 1st time and already knowing where every road leads is not going to be fun.

I'm looking forward to this, the original was far more enjoyable than GTA IV was.
However, this bundle costs £55, so count me out. I'll stick with the regular version.

The PS3 one is a little more family oriented....it'll feature a full color fold out poster of the homies with flame throwers doing a drive-by at Freckle Bitches. ha ha!
