Tomb Raider: Underworld lets you kick tigers right in the face

The renowned adventurer and acrobatic grave robber, Lara Croft, finds her lithe self on the wrong side of a PETA protest yet again in November's Tomb Raider: Underworld. Though her abhorrent antics, which include mowing down exotic panthers and posing akimbo on the perforated corpses of fuzzy bears, have been widely witnessed before, these latest anti-animal maneuvers still leave our jaws agape. Or dislocated, if you're a marauding tiger who's just been introduced to the leg-end of Lara Croft.

They should be ashamed to be tigers, they are slow, stupid and rather unmortified by the fact they just got roundhouse kicked to the face.

Thier dignity as tigers has been lost :P

Tombraders controls are for the labotomised... its reduced to a simple button sequencer, no skill in the jumping and those swinging bars are just irritating..

Ha Yeah you're right... That will be the day when an 80 lbs girl can kick the shit out of a 500 lbs tiger. Seriously those tigers look at her like a baby antelope. But it is a game, and I guess it can slide because of lara croft's "Smarts." Even a wild tiger can be tamed by those puppies. :P

Bah that's nothing. I rip off their faces and wear them as panda masks, and then use my awesome panda kung-fu moves to kick the ass of ever tiger I see. then cut off the tiger's head's, clean out their skull, put some fur inside it and use them as slippers.

I'm pretty disappointed with the stylized graphics of the game. I don't really understand the rationale behind having realistic environments and then having overly generalized character models. For me, that shows a real lack of artistic direction.

Plus, it would have been way cooler if she could ride one of the tigers and make it fight the other one.

The successor to the Prince of Persia games from the last generation is being given a completely new name: Tomb Raider Underworld. The sequel to Zelda Twilight Princess is also being given a new name: Prince of Persia. Link will be given claws, and Midna will look much more feminine this time.
